Kahle v. Ashcroft: Copyright battle continues
The Internet Archive's Brewster Kahle and Rick Prelinger (whom I met at "Illegal Art" and whom I interviewed for my upcoming book) have just filed a suit against the government. Larry Lessig explains that the case is about saving orphaned works from being lost due to copyright extensions.
Good luck with this in the court system and Congress. I've lost faith in both.
