The political blogger bill

Markos at the Daily Kos (whom I'll be reading nonstop tomorrow night) has this about the Congressional bill to cover political bloggers: Kill HR 4194, in which he calls well-meaning sponsors Meehan and Shay hopelessly out of touch.
