Amanda & 'Rocketboom' on 'CSI'
Just got around to watching last night's "CSI" on TiVo. How cool was it to see Amanda Congdon in a bogus segment that played into "CSI's" episode about a multiple killer in Las Vegas. The Rocketboom team spoofed their appearance today in their typically lighthearted way.
Taylor Barcroft posted the Rocketboom scene here (from an HDTV source), saving me the trouble. It's downloadable for the video iPod.
On the videoblogging list, Jen Simmons pointed out that "many of us are excited about videoblogging because it NOT television, and it's not full of mainstream celebrity," so it's ironic that "Rocketboom" is receiving affirmation because it's getting great publicity in the mainstream media. True. Still, way to go, Amanda and Andrew!
