Anti-war protests planned for March 18
Bob Morris, whom I met at Gnomedex (and briefly became an Ourmedia moderator), passes along this info:
On March 18, there will be nationwide demonstrations against the Iraq war, with major protests in D.C., S.F., L.A., and many other cities. This will be part of the worldwide 'Global Days of Action' on March 18-20, the third anniversary of the "shock and awe" bombing campaign. The U.S. demonstrations were called the ANSWER Coalition. Hundreds of other groups have endorsed the effort so far. Turnout could be sizable. With your help, it could be even larger.
Blogs are a major way to spread information, so pass the word.
